As the Director of Global Recruitment Operations, you would be responsible for identifying and implementing strategic enhancements to the firm's talent attraction and acquisition efforts to maximize recruitment capabilities globally.

Our Director of Global Recruitment Operations: Operational Excellence • Creates and clearly communicates the Global Recruitment Operations strategy and all supporting project plans/roadmaps. • Partners with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to prioritize and expedite talent acquisition needs: Maintaining flexibility, scalability and rapid deployment of projects and programs needed to support CH2M hiring goals. • Manages and delivers multiple projects across numerous geographies. Has a global mindset and experience recruiting in multiple international markets simultaneously. • Uses knowledge of project management life-cycle and best-practices to deliver projects with excellence. • Demonstrates expertise in budget and finance, cost/benefit analysis and ROI calculations. • Responsible for recruiting analytics, source codes, benchmark studies and reporting standard measurements such as: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, requisition load, and others. • Responsible for process mapping, quality management and policy design and delivery. • Manages multiple vendor partnerships.

Technology • Evaluates, selects and implements integrated technology solutions across a global enterprise. • Responsible for the Applicant Tracking System, in partnership with HRIT, to prioritize and resolve defects and maintain ongoing enhancements to the system. • Responsible for the Candidate Relationship Management system. Leverages understanding of cross-system awareness issues and data transfer complexities between ATS and CRM systems. • Responsible for Job Advertising Distribution platforms including integration with ATS for job posting deployment and tracking purposes. Responsible for career portals including data integrations, mobile interfaces and user experience.

Talent Attraction • Partners with Corporate Communications team to integrate and leverage talent attraction efforts across the organization. • Responsible for driving recruitment advertising, employment branding and social media in partnership with Corporate Communications. • Conducts internal and external talent market assessments. Defines targeted talent segmentation for prioritization of attraction efforts. • Responsible for establishing talent communities including audience segmentation, community design/development and ongoing community management. • Maintains and enhances an award-winning candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding and social integration. • Works with partner agencies to provide overflow services when internal resources are not available: enabling agile response to recruiting needs. • Measures, evaluates and selects global recruitment advertising channels. • Subject matter expert for digital advertising including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Vertical Search Engine Marketing (VSE), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media advertising.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 10 years professional experience in recruitment, operations or related acquisition support functions • Minimum of 5 years prior work experience in a management level role with responsibility for setting the strategic direction and project roadmap(s) for the group or function • Minimum of 5 years prior work experience defining strategy, creating supporting project roadmaps and managing project delivery • Minimum of 3 years prior work experience in two of the three following areas: (1) as a recruiter, recruiting manager or sourcer in either corporate or third-party environments. (2) in branding, marketing and advertising for the purpose of talent attraction or increasing applicant flow, including a focus on providing exceptional candidate experiences or (3) in recruitment technology: Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools, and/or Job Advertising Distribution platforms

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:• Strong understanding of global recruiting practices • In-depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function and related business concepts, practices and procedures • Knowledge of recruitment technology with experience evaluating, selecting and implementing integrated solutions across a global enterprise • Experience with recruitment advertising, employment branding and social media. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
