CH2M Client/Account Relationship Management - Fresno, CA in Fresno, California
The Client/Account Manager will be responsible for the direction and coordination of the client/account relationship management activities in the Fresno and Valley areas of Northern California and will coordinate with the geography's management workforce by working closely with the business development management team.
The Client/Account Manager will collaborate with business development, project delivery, and State & Local staff. The person in this role will be the lead in diversifying and growing new and existing CH2M client portfolios, leveraging new services to clients and providing full-service solutions to deal with client challenges. • This hire will also manage existing and future projects in Northern California and throughout the Southwest region, as appropriate, as well as position local teams for strategic pursuits. • Identifies, charters, and leads client/account relationship management teams. Includes team members from multiple business groups and markets. Identify and engage in activities related to business development • Ensures that CH2M is the assigned strategic clients' consultant of choice and that we have a thorough understanding of their needs. • Consistently maintains contacts at high staff and modest political levels. Understands dynamics of clients' entire organizations and related internal and external politics. • Understands and provides input to CH2M goals, strategies, and decisions. • Builds and implements client relationship succession plans. • Mentors and coaches client/account relationship management team in skills development. • Leads communication with clients at multiple levels. • Serves as Client Service Manager for key clients • Manages local projects as the Project Manager on record.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
BS or MS degree required in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Business 15 years experience in transportation industry, preferably in the Central and Northern California. Proven client development skills, including previous experience managing transportation projects Familiarity with the market and clients
Have a proven track record in client relations and in positioning for winning, and delivering successful projects.
Ability to implement enterprise marketing and branding strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:California Professional Engineer license
