As facilities asset care planning professional at our facilities services program, you'll develop and communicate asset care strategy and prepare, analyze, and forecast asset care initiatives. If you have experience with asset planning and a passion for delivering results, we are looking for
Our Asset Care Planners:• Thoroughly understand the principles of asset care planning/scheduling. Understand the relationships between the project controls functions—estimating, planning/scheduling, cost control, and risk management. • Effectively define, and identify asset classifications and levels. • Develop and maintain the strategic and annual asset management plans aligned with the project strategy. • Actively review and understand key aspects of the proposal or project contract. Assist in the development and execution of the strategy and plan for asset care activities that supports the overall proposal strategy or project requirements. • Assist in the development of capital investment strategy that support the project/business group work processes and milestones. • Contribute to asset risk analysis to help forecast related cost impacts. • Develop accurate and timely project labor hour forecasts with the participation of lead staff and project management. Prepare schedule analysis narratives including recommendations for corrective actions. • Measure progress and performance by verifying the status of earned value systems. Provide a data analysis to lead project controls staff. • Create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate asset condition and identify critical path. Define corrective actions for implementation. Issue reports under the direction of lead project controls staff. • Gain practical field experience to develop an understanding of facility assets.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
Minimum 4 years' experience in scheduling, planning, asset management, or related.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field. Additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
