As the Materials Control Professional, you’ll be responsible for effectively and proactively implementing techniques to ensure equipment and materials are appropriately controlled at a project site. This is an entry level position. You will develop an understanding of material control processes, procedures, and tools, basic procurement principles and practices, techniques of ensuring task completion, project delivery processes, and supplier relationship expectations. • Responsible for controlling of equipment and materials at project site and/or warehousing utilizing the material management system (ToolWatch). • Develop an understanding of material control processes, procedures, and tools. • May participate in the definition and establishment of the project materials management plan, warehouse and laydown areas, and related project procedures and processes. • Activities to include receiving, storing, maintaining, allocating, and issuing of materials and equipment to ensure that they are complying with purchase order requirements. • Assist in reporting of material requirements, receipts and allocation of materials. • Assist with field requisitions and ensure materials are correctly purchased, received, and issued. • Receives and distributes ordered materials, reports damaged or missing items. • Process work package requirements to ensure feasibility and availability of materials, considering procurement and logistics priorities. • Maintains stock of refrigerant and is responsible for tracking and documentation of all refrigerant use, in accordance with EPA requirements. • Maintains an inventory of tools and equipment in quality condition and readiness for technician use • Maintains equipment that requires calibration and certification. May also need to make repairs as needed. • As needed in receiving deliveries, lifts loads up to 40-50 lbs.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

HS diploma or equivalent.

Valid Driver's license and ability to pass Motor Vehicle check.

1-2 years experience in logistics, maintenance, or other related fields.
