CH2M Construction Management Project Assistant - Las Vegas, Nevada in Henderson, Nevada
This role will support the CH2M Construction Management team in administrative duties, and document controls in the Las Vegas office. We are seeking someone who has a minimum of 5 years of project support experience, has strong communication skills, self-motivated, detailed oriented, quality-driven, and team-focused.
Our Project Assistants:
+ + Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services at a project level.
Utilize online construction management software to track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, transmittals, NCR’s, record meeting minutes, manage hard copy document filing, and records keeping.
Possess strong organizational skills, multi-task, and adapt to changing daily priorities.
Maintain communication with contractor and outside vendors to expedite priority items.
Assist with office administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, record keeping, and submittal deliveries.
Adapt processes and procedures as necessary to meet daily objectives.
Receive work in form of expected deliverables and applies judgment in determining work methods and balancing competing priorities.
Thrive in a fast paced environment, and are able to be flexible with challenging deadlines.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is desirable.
We will accept a minimum of 5 years of project support related experience.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
6-8 years of construction management project support related experience.
Possess strong communication skills, self-motivated, detailed oriented, quality-driven, and team-focused.
