CH2M HS&E Training Manager - Any US Location! in Knoxville, Tennessee

Provide quality safety training to ensure the personal safety of our project employees.

As the Health and Safety (H&S) Training Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the safety of our teams at multiple operations & maintenance (O&M) projects. Each day, you will thrive at developing and delivering a wide range of H&S training to achieve compliance with OSHA (1910 & 1926), state & local standards and company requirements. Our H&S Training Manager will have a wide range of experience with developing, implementing, and maintaining programs, systems, and procedures necessary to ensure the safety and health of employees and the community. You'll tap in to your previous experience with O&M work and workplace hazards that may be encountered while conducting O&M work as you deliver this training to our teams. The H&S Training Manager will recommend improvements to current training as well as ensure the development of new training materials, and will monitor regulatory changes to ensure training is always current.

H&S Training Management includes:

• Developing Worker categories • Developing online training requirements • Developing classroom training • Developing New Hire H&S Orientation training • Quality assurance of provided training • Evaluation and assignment of qualified trainers • Management of training records and compliance (HandS) • Develop a Master Training Schedule by Region • Alignment of qualified training resources to provide training in a timely manner • Conduct training at office and field locations • Collaborate with enterprise resources to ensure necessary systems and tools are available to support OM operations • Work with procurement to ensure dealer/manufacturer entities are required to provide onsite training of personnel when there are new purchases of equipment • Ensure industry best practices are continually monitored to ensure training techniques, equipment, and other resources are applied across all work locations

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, or related field, or additional 3 years' experience in lieu of degree.

7+ years' experience in H&S Management/Training (including experience developing and delivering training)

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Master's Degree (degree from ABET accredited institution preferred)

CIH or CSP certification

Field experience with Operations & Maintenance work (O&M)

75% or more travel, domestic and international.
