CH2M Semiconductor Tool Install Design Engineer - Malta,NY in Malta, New York

Our Semiconductor Tool Install Design Engineers: • Apply their skills in engineering, communications, and problem solving in a fast-paced design and construction environment. • Interface and coordinate work with the client, Project Manager, and design team to produce tool install packages for semiconductor manufacturing tools. • Coordinate the work with architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines to ensure a complete and fully coordinated design package. • Collaboratively work with lead engineers, tool owners to identify and manage scope of work, schedule and budget for tool install packages. • Complete necessary field verifications to ensure the accuracy of the tool install package. • Be responsible and accountable for schedule and budgets for the tool packages assigned to them. • Attend and chair required design review meetings with tool owners, project manager, design staff and construction coordinator

The minimum qualifications for this position are:You should be a detail-oriented professional, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, and minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in engineering design and technical support. Candidates for this position should have their EIT certification or be in the process of pursuing such certification.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:Candidates for this position need to display a proficiency using AutoCAD, and candidates with BIM/3D software experience are preferred.
