· Work in a team environment, with multiple stakeholders and function as the Senior Project Manager and leader · Be the primary point of contact for our aviation clients in this marketplace with respect to project delivery, financial performance of aviation portfolio projects, business development, and growing and leading staff. · Project/Process Management And Staff Mentorship · Participate in and manage the preparation and delivery of projects that will include passenger terminal airside and landside project components · Coordinate design, planning and construction management activities and meetings between the client, staff, subconsultants, and CH2M · Mentor and assist junior staff in developing final design plans, for airport development projects including airfield, landside and terminals/facilities. · Coordinate the planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety and organization of subcontractors and internal technical and support staff · Participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and scheduling performance, identify schedule and cost variances, and develops and implements recommendations for corrective action · Help grow the project manager resources of the firm through the coaching of others and participating in the development and delivery of learning events · Lead and support health and safety plans · Interact with CH2M project teams and client program level directors · Complete tasks within schedule and budget with teams comprised of different disciplines If you’re up for the challenge, we’ve been looking for someone just like you. The minimum qualifications for this position are:· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Aviation Planning · Minimum of 15 years of experience with significant airside and landside planning, design, design management and project management experience · Heavy experience with FAA design criteria and advisory circulars, funding and airport stakeholder requirements · Ability to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills and a team-oriented attitude · Ability to demonstrate strong business development/project proposal experience, client management and consultant team management skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:• Master’s or other advanced degree(s) in either Civil Engineering, Aviation Planning or Architecture • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (or equivalent professional licensure) in Florida • Experience at airport systems in Florida • Active member of and leadership roles in committees and executive boards in organizations such as: o Management Association of America (CMAA, American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) o American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) o Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) o Airport Consultants Council (ACC)
