Our project assistant and document control position provides you the opportunity to work on state of the art facilities that include microelectronics, data centers, industrial, research & development, and general industrial.

You will be part of a team working on projects that make our clients successful today, while helping them develop and capitalize on emerging technologies. You should be a self-motivated detail oriented individual with strong communication skills with a passion and desire to grow professionally, as well as personally, with each new assignment. The role of project assistant/document controller is critical in support of our technical design team, departments and projects in filing and storing of project related documentation. Our Project Assistant/Document Controllers: • Coordinate records management. • Verify, maintain, and distribute project information. • Develop and maintain project filing systems and databases. • Provide project administrative and coordination support with established project delivery processes ensuring the orderly, efficient and timely completion of project scope. • Arrange and attend program/project status meetings. • Track and monitor program/project issues that impact schedule. • Coordinates issuing and delivery of project deliverables and other project documents. • Control and edit specifications and other related items for appropriate distribution. • Ad hoc duties as required to support Project Manager and project design staff.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in project delivery, administrative, and document control.

  • High School Diploma or GED

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
