Our Environmental Compliance Specialist careers provide you with an opportunity to work on exciting environmental compliance projects onsite to support our federal EHS & Business Solutions Practice. Each day, as a project team member, you will develop skills in the field of environmental regulatory compliance, under the guidance of senior staff and through multiple opportunities to work independently and with peers. You should be a self-motivated professional with zero to 2 years of experience with environmental compliance activities for federal or industrial clients, have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil Engineering or environmental science and a desire to grow personally as well as professionally.

• Develop knowledge and skills in wide variety of multi-media compliance with a primary focus on air quality compliance issues and including: regulatory compliance, pollution prevention, and air pollution compliance consulting services to federal clients • Position is located onsite at Hill AFB and tasks include compliance data collection, assist with preparing compliance documents, air emission inventories, regulatory rule review and field verification of regulated sources • Work within AF implemented software such as APIMS and EESOH-MIS • Have excellent organization skills and are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and under deadline pressure, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions and to communicate with staff to understand assignments or seek clarification as necessary • Have knowledge of chemistry and analytical methods, and environmental data management • Generate complex data queries and analysis using various software programs • Work as part of a larger team

The minimum qualifications for this position are:Bachelors degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil Engineering or Environmental science.
