CH2M Maximo Functional Business Analyst - Baltimore, MD in Baltimore, Maryland

As a Maximo Asset Management Business Analyst for a transit and rail program, you would be working with an established senior team of Maximo experts on ongoing, long-term projects. You would be providing business process engineering services to support the client asset management system. Working with other members of our team, you'll collect information on current business processes, and develop them into new standardized processes across the various departments. You would also get to:

  • Perform Data Analysis for the purposes of data standardization

  • Develop requirements and perform fit gap analysis

  • Develop To-be standardized business processes

  • Develop Test Plans, scripts, and assist in User Acceptance Testing

  • Assist in Issue Resolution

  • Develop training material and conduct train the trainer sessions

  • Assist in go-live

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • 7+ years’ experience with Maximo, including Maximo 7.5

  • Experience with asset management processes and best practices

  • Bachelors’ degree

  • Experience leading multiple business process resolution efforts

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with Maximo 7.6

  • Experience with transit asset management processes and best practices

  • Experience with Maximo Transportation or Asset Configuration Manager

  • Knowledge of MAP-21

  • Six Sigma or related business process improvement certification
