CH2M Chemical Process Design Technician - Semiconductor Facilities - Boise, ID in Boise, Idaho

As the Chemical Process Designer in Boise, you will have the chance to work with a multi-discipline, highly interactive and coordinated team focused on projects including semiconductor manufacturing and other state of the art manufacturing facilities. Working with other members of our team, you’ll be responsible for delivery of complex tool packages in coordination with engineers, design leads, tool owners, weld shop, and coordinators. During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity to perform computer aided drafting and basic design of process piping systems, including high-purity stainless gas components, fittings, and welding techniques, sheet metal forming, coatings, fasteners, shop welding and other mechanical systems to and from manufacturing tools utilized in the manufacturing of semiconductors; utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP (3D modeling standard) for modeling and space coordination exercises; and coordinate directly with engineers and package design leads to balance workload and deliver packages, often under tight deadlines. The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Minimum 5 years' detail design experience, 2+ years experience with high purity piping installations.

  • 5+ years AutoCAD experience
