As the Project Manager aligned to Dodge City, KS you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the project including profit and loss, permit compliance, safety, quality, and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training and development. Working with other members of our team and the client you will build and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and be responsible for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility. During your time with us you will also be responsible for implementing safety policy and procedures and maintaining the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies. The minimum qualifications for this position are:• High school diploma or equivalent • Water and Wastewater Certifications or sufficient experience and education to obtain within 1 year • 7 plus years of experience in operating wastewater plants with increasing levels of responsibility • 5 plus years of experience working with and overseeing other supervisors • Ability to relocate to other states or project sites within the company • Proficient performing mathematical and algebraic calculations associated with wastewater treatment • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:• College degree • Capable of working independently and maintaining an orderly schedule • Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed • Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
