As the Buyer on the Facilities Services Program, you will have the chance to create cost-effective solutions to our client’s industrial manufacturing facilities and equipment-related needs, and perform full range of pre-award activities and invoice resolution. Working with other members of our team, you’ll serve as a project procurement representative, knowledgeable of client indirect sourcing guidelines, effectively negotiate pricing and terms, procure and ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with corporate strategies, and work collaboratively with internal and external team members to achieve client objectives. During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your expert knowledge of the procurement process, executing purchases of services and equipment from initial requirement to contract award. The minimum qualifications for this position are:
Bachelor's degree OR 5 additional years of experience in lieu of this degree.
At least five years of experience in a procurement role
Proficiency in the use of various database and spreadsheet software.
