As a Civil Design Engineer, you’ll have the chance working with other members of the civil team to deliver projects of varying complexity and size. During your time with us, you will be responsible for daily tasks involved in site design for facilities and structures. Under supervision from more senior staff, provide design support on facility and infrastructure design projects. This includes performing computer-aided drafting and modeling to produce design deliverables. Help develop conceptual and detailed designs of sites for facilities and infrastructure projects based on scope of project, design criteria and applicable codes and standards.Assist with gathering field data to support development of design deliverables.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:• BS graduate Civil Engineering from ABET accredited school • EIT certification• 0 to 2 years’ experience• US citizen with current Driver’s License (US State)
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:• Experience in 2D CAD drafting and 3D/BIM modeling. • Experience with Autodesk Civil3D and Bentley GeoPak is preferred.• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and written communication skills
