As a Asset Management Professional, you’ll have the chance to coordinate predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and activities to ensure effective maintenance management based on best practices. Working with other members of the team, you’ll assist in identifying and planning new and replacement utility capital projects. During your time with us, you will coordinate and monitor data on physical assets including inspection history, repairs, costs, and failures, as well as, lead clients through the development and implementation of core asset management processes such as policy, strategy, levels of service, risk management, investment prioritization, and lifecycle analysis.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered

  • Minimum of 3 years of asset management experience with infrastructure projects.

  • Strong focus on data analytics as they apply to maintenance and reliability. Well versed in maintenance and reliability methodologies.

  • Demonstrated experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) systems.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Licensed professional engineer (PE) in Floria or or ability to gain reciprocity.

  • Working knowledge of office tools including MS-Visio, MS-Project, and all other MS-Office suite of applications.

  • Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong technical problem-solving skills.
