As a Wastewater Project Manager in our Sacramento, CA office, you will have the chance to be the #1 Project Manager in the West by working with the #1 ranked wastewater treatment engineering firm in the world, serving municipal wastewater and water-related clients in and around Sacramento, CA. You would get to work on what you are passionate about. Working with other members of our team, you’ll direct communications with clients on technical design topics and project schedule/budget/scope; lead project teams and communicate between diverse design disciplines; develop, staff, and coordinate effective quality management processes for each project; establishing long-term client relationships and support business development activities. During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity to grow professionally through managing challenging projects and leading project teams to deliver projects while serving and developing clients. The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline

  • Licensed professional engineer

  • At least 10 years of experience leading and managing project teams on municipal wastewater treatment engineering consulting projects

  • Experience supporting business development activities

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related engineering discipline

  • Experience in serving various clients involving wastewater for planning, consulting, and design
