CH2M is now Jacobs. As part of the HR organization you will act as an independent advisor and coach to leaders in the geography you support.
As the HR Business Partner, you will provide coaching, guidance and expertise in multiple areas of HR. As part of the organization you will support people managers, consult with managers on people related matter and operational HR support and work closely with HR Partners on executing programs and initiatives. Another big key to this role is building strong relationships with the business.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or an additional 2 years HR experience
Minimum of 7 years HR Generalist experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience working for an Engineering consulting/EPC and/or heavy industry lines of business preferred
