As the Human Resources Compliance Manager, you’ll have the chance to perform the development and implementation of the Affirmative Action Programs to ensure regulatory compliance including AAP, EEO, veteran and other required reporting. You’ll ensure the collection and analysis of data, prepare, submit and implement, track and report on affirmative action plans. During your time with us, you will prepare OFCCP audit responses and coordinate the process with other Human Resource representatives as well as prepare and submit all compliance related reporting, to ensure that regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated. This role could be located in Tullahoma, TN, other Jacobs office, or remotely telework from another continental US location. The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 8 or more years of experience in Human Resources

  • Experience with Affirmative Action Plan development and administration

  • Experience completing EEO-1 and VETS-4212 forms

  • Experience preparing and delivering responses to OFCCP compliance audits

  • Security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain

  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP and pivot tables

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Thorough understanding of federal, state and local employment laws


  • Prevailing Wage compliance (Davis Bacon Act) experience DOL or OFCCP auditor experience

  • Experience delivering compliance training to groups

  • Diplomatic, approachable, solutions-oriented, flexible and assertive personality

  • Knowledge/experience with Service Contract Act (SCA)
